Radio Surf - Photo License Agreement

Upon purchasing a photograph on the Radio Surf platform, the buyer is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the photograph in accordance with this Agreement.

The purchased photograph may be used for personal purposes including: personal social media accounts, personal websites, and personal non-commercial use.

This license is non-exclusive. The photographer may continue to sell the photograph to other buyers and retain full copyright ownership.

Buyers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the photograph available for download by others. The photograph may not be used in stock libraries, NFTs, or similar resale marketplaces.

The photographer retains full copyright ownership of the photograph. The buyer receives only a license to use the image.

The license granted to the buyer is personal and may not be transferred or assigned to another individual or organization without written permission from the photographer.

If a photographer removes a photograph from the public marketplace, buyers who previously purchased the photograph retain their license and may continue to access the photo in their account library.

Radio Surf provides the platform for licensing photographs but does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of photographs uploaded by photographers.

Radio Surf shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of licensed photographs.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
