Radio Surf - Refund Policy

Photographs on Radio Surf are digital files delivered instantly. Even so, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, including after the photo has been downloaded. When a refund is approved, your license to use the photo ends and your download access is removed.

Open your account, go to your purchases, find the order and select "Request refund". You will be asked to choose a reason and add a short note. Each order can be submitted once. We review every request and reply by email.

We approve refunds requested in good faith within 14 days - for example you changed your mind, the photo was not as described, the file would not download, or you were charged twice. On approval the full amount is returned to your original payment method and your access to the file is revoked.

If a photo is corrupted, is not the photo you purchased, or never became available to download, you are entitled to a refund even outside the 14-day window. This right cannot be waived.

Card refunds are returned to the card you paid with, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed automatically; crypto refunds are arranged manually and we will contact you to complete the return, which can take longer.

The guarantee is intended for genuine purchases. We may decline requests that are abusive or repeated across many orders, or where a refunded photo continues to be used. A refunded photo may no longer be used for any purpose.
